摘 要:目的探讨胰腺疾病可视化病案库在临床教学中的应用及效果。方法将2014年1月—2015年12月在第二军医大学附属长海医院胰腺外科轮转学习过的83名医师作为研究对象,分为传统组(42人)和可视化病案库组(41人),对两组临床教学效果进行观察和比较。结果两批受训者无论在理论知识、技术操作,还是在阅片能力、临床思维等方面都显示出明显的差距,应用可视化病案库教学组明显优于传统组。结论以可视化病案库的方式进行胰腺外科疾病教学,具有较强的先进性和实用性,并已显示出优势,还能为基层医院专科医师的培养提供学习载体,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the application and outcomes of visualized medical records of pancreatic diseases in clinical teaching. Methods We selected 83 doctors as the research subjects who received rotation training in the Department of Pancreatic Surgery,Changhai Hospital of Second Military Medical University,from January 2014 to December 2015. They were divided into traditional group( n =42) and visualized medical record database group( n = 41). Clinical teaching outcomes in the two groups were observed and compared. Results The visualized medical record database group significantly outperformed the traditional group in theoretical knowledge,technical operation,image-reading ability,and clinical thinking. Conclusion Using visualized medical record database in pancreatic surgery teaching not only has advanced advantage and good practicability,but also can provide a learning carrier for specialized surgeons at local hospitals. Therefore,it is worthy of popularization and application.
