摘  要:目的探讨3D打印技术及图像存档与传输系统(picture archiving communicating system,PACS)在骨科复杂疾病临床教学模式中的应用,进一步提高骨科临床教学质量。方法选取西安交通大学第二附属医院2015级硕士研究生46名,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用PACS系统、3D打印模型进行临床教学,对照组采用传统教学方式,分析两组学生学习成绩及主观评估分数有无统计学差异。结果与对照组相比,实验组学生学习成绩及主观评估分数高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 3D打印技术及PACS系统相结合的教学模式应用于骨科临床教学,取得了良好的教学效果。Objective To investigate the application of 3D printing technology and Picture Archiving Communicating System( PACS) as a clinical teaching mode of complicated diseases so as to further improve the quality of clinical orthopedics teaching. Methods We randomly divided 46 Grade2015 master's degree candidates of clinical medicine in our hospital into experimental group and control group. The experimental group received the new teaching method and the control group the traditional one. Last we compared the academic performance and subjective self-assessment scores of the groups.Results The experimental group outperformed the control group in academic performance and subjective self-assessment score( P〈0. 01). Conclusion The teaching mode incorporating 3D printing technology with PACS has been applied in clinical orthopedics teaching and achieved satisfactory teaching effects.
