摘　　要：[目的]探讨综合医院消化内科门诊患者焦虑抑郁障碍的发病情况及其影响因素。[方法]随机入选547例消化内科就诊的患者，采用Zung氏焦虑自评量表（SAS）与抑郁自评量表（SDS）对其进行测评。[结果]在547例受试者中，SAS得分高于正常值152例（占27．8％），其中112例（20．5％）为轻度焦虑，33例（6．0％）为中度焦虑，7例（1．3％）为重度焦虑；SDS得分高于正常值158例（占28．9％），其中113例（20．7％）为轻度抑郁，38例（7．0％）为中度抑郁，7（1．3％）例为重度抑郁。焦虑抑郁障碍患者性别、婚姻情况及教育程度间的比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05～0．01）。女性、离异或丧偶者、高学历人群处于高焦虑抑郁状态。[结论]在综合医院消化内科门诊患者中焦虑抑郁障碍的发生率较高，尤其是女性、离异或丧偶者、高学历人群是影响焦虑与抑郁的重要因素。[Objective]To evaluate the incidence of anxiety and depression disorders of gastrointestinal outpatients in a general hospital,and analyze the influencing factors which may induce the anxiety and de- pression disorders. [Methods]5 ： 1 consecutive case samples of gastrointestinal outpatients in our hospital on Mondays to Saturdays from March to April 2015 were selected randomly. The self-rating anxiety scale （SAS）and self-rating depression scale（SDS）were used to screen the symptoms of anxiety and depression. [Results]A total of 547 respondents were assessed. Zung＇s SAS scores in 152 （27.8%）cases were beyond normal value,and the cases of mild, moderate and severe anxiety were 112（20. 5%）,33（6. 0%）and 7 （1.3 %）, respectively. SDS score in 158 （28.9%）cases were beyond normal value, and the cases of mild, moderate and severe depression were 113（20.7%）,38（7.0%）and 7 （1.3%）,respectively. The differences of gender,marriage and education were statistically significant（P〈 0. 05-0. 01）. Especially the female, di- vorced or widowed people and highly educated individuals were in a state of high anxiety and depression. [ConcLusion]The incidences of anxiety and depression of gastrointestinal outpatients in general hospital are high. The female,divorced or widowed and highly educated people may have a higher risk of suffering from anxiety and depression disorders.
