摘 要:基于交易成本对契约关系的影响和治理,本文从劳资双方关于劳动力使用权的交易关系出发,对交易成本与和谐劳动关系的构建过程提出假设并从进行了论证,认为在劳动关系双方一致追求各自利润最大化时,双方更有意愿选择合作,避免冲突,则劳动关系趋于和谐,组织效率提高,交易成本减少;反之,劳动冲突增加,组织效率低下,交易成本增加。基于博弈论和囚徒困境理论的分析从理论上证实了交易成本理论对和谐劳动关系构建的影响,而来自企业的调研实践则证实了中国情境下交易成本对劳动关系的影响,尤其是社会网络中圈子的存在和不同的圈子文化对劳动关系和交易成本的影响。最后从物质基础、制度基础和文化基础提出了构建和谐劳动关系的对策建议。Based on the influence of transaction cost on the contractual relationship and governance, from both labor and capital, this article studies the transaction relationship from the labor using right, and makes hypothesis and argumentation about the relationship between transaction cost and harmonious labor relationship. This conclusions are confirmed that when both sides of labor relations agree the pursue of profit maximization, they will have more willing to choose cooperation, avoid conflict, so labor relations will become more harmonious, organizational efficiency will be improved, transaction costs will reduce; on the other hand, transaction costs will increase. From a theoretical perspective,the relationship between transaction cost and labor relations is confirmed based on game theory and the prisoner's dilemma;From a practical perspective, the effect of the circle and the circle culture in the enterprises on labor relations and transactions costs is verified. Therefore, the conclusions and suggestions are supplied from the material base, the institutional base and the cultural base.
