中西医认知功能障碍康复术语框架构建探讨

摘　　要：术语是学科理论的支撑与基础,但中西医康复治疗认知功能障碍尚缺乏系统认识及必要的专业术语支持。以世界卫生组织发布的《国际功能、残疾和健康分类》为基础,通过确定康复术语的内涵和外延、收集康复术语,并采用本体构建的方法设定康复术语框架结构,同时对中西医认知功能障碍术语进行对接,从而构建中西医认知功能障碍康复术语框架,为深入研究认知功能障碍奠定基础。Terms are the support and foundation of discipline theory. But there is lack of systemic cognition and necessary professional terminology support in Chinese and western medicine rehabilitation for cognitive dysfunction.Based on International Classification of Functioning,Disability and Health by World Health Organization,the frame of rehabilitation terminology of cognitive dysfunction in Chinese and western medicine may be constructed by determining the connotation and extension of rehabilitation terms,collecting rehabilitation terms,and setting frame structure of rehabilitation terminology adopting the method of ontology construction. Meanwhile,terms of cognitive dysfunction in Chinese and western medicine are mapped. This paper might lay the foundation for further study of cognitive dysfunction.
