摘　　要：本文主要介绍基于规则的维吾尔语、哈萨克语机器翻译的设计与实现过程:(1)根据这两种语言之间的对应关系,构建了其词尾映射库、翻译规则库;(2)对源语言维吾尔语进行形态分析后,根据映射库和翻译规则,初步实现了基于规则的维吾尔语、哈萨克语机器翻译系统.在收集的维哈对齐的语料上做了实验,实验结果BLEU值为0.2,表明本文采取的方法是可行的.In this paper, we introduce the design and realization process of the rule-based Uyghur and Kazak language machine translation：（1） according to the corresponding relations between the Uyghur and Kazak languages, constructing the vehar language suffix mapping database, and the rule base.（2） after morphological analysis of Uighur language, according to the mapping library and the translation rules, the initial realization of the rule-based of Uygur- Kazakh machine translation system. Experiments have been done for the collected Uyghur-Kazak aligned corpus, experimental results of Bleu value of 0.2, indicating that the adopted method is feasible.
