2013年福建省初中生二手烟暴露情况及其对烟草使用的影响研究

摘　　要：目的了解福建省初中生二手烟暴露情况及其对初中生烟草使用的影响，为今后福建省制定保护初中生免受二手烟危害的策略提供参考。方法于2013年10～11月采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样方法抽取福建省的初中学校，调查使用国家根据我国国情增加部分问题后的GYTS全球统一标准的核心问卷。用SAS9．3统计软件进行数据清洗、样本加权，加权后的数据代表整个福建省初中生的烟草使用情况，用SPSS19．0通过复杂抽样程序进行数据分析。结果共凋查初一、初二、初三在校学生4144名，尝试烟草使用率为15．08％，现在烟草使用率为4．69％。过去7d内．二手烟暴露率由高到低依次为室外公共场所57．75％、室内公共场所55．97％、家43．88％、公共交通工具28．64％。在过去30d内，52．14％的学生在学校看到过有人吸烟，在校期间，13．23％的学生几乎每天见到有人吸烟。在家里、室内公共场所和学校暴露于二手烟是学生尝试吸烟行为[OR尺（95％CI）=1．59（1．30～1．95）、OR（95％ CI）=1．43（1．08～1．88）、OR（95％CI）=2．79（2．24～3．49）]和现在吸烟行为[OR（95％CI）=1．43（1．02～2．01）、OR（95％CI）=2．10（1．24～3．57）、OR（95％CI）=2．74（1．80～4．16）]共同的危险因素。结论福建省初中生二手烟暴露情况与全国的调查结粜基本一致，二手烟暴露对烟草使用情况有影响。Objective To understand the exposure to secondhand smoking and its impact on tobacco use among junior high school students, so as to provide reference for the making of policy for protection of junior high school students from second hand smoking in Fujian province. Methods Junior high schools were selected by multi stage stratified cluster random sampling method during October-November, 2013. A core questionnaire of modified GYTS adjusted by the situation of China was used in the survey. SAS 9.3 statistical software was used for data cleaning,sample weight,the weighted data represented the whole situation of tobacco use in junior high school students in Fujian province and SPSS 19.0 was used through complex sampling procedure for analysis. Results A total of 4 144 junior high school students were sur- veyed,the rates of tobacco use attempt and current tobacco use were 15.08%o and 4.69%. In the past 7 days,the second hand smoking exposure rates from high to low in turn were 57.75% for indoor public places,55.97% for outdoor public places,43.88% at home and 8.64% for public transportation. In the past 30 days,52.14% of the students saw someone smoking in the school. 13.23% saw someone smoking almost every day when at schools. Exposure to secondhand smoking when at home,indoor public places or schools was a risk factor for students of tobacco use attempt （ OR and 95% CI were 1.59：130 1.95,1.43：1.08-1.88,2.79：2.24-3.49）and current tobacco use（ OR and 95% （71 were 1.43：1.02 2.01,2.10： 1.24 3.57,2.74：1.80-4.16）. Conclusion Exposure to secondhand smoking in junior high school students in Fujian province is basically identical with the national survey results, and it has effect on tobacco use.
