摘　　要：结合长期负责实施师范生顶岗实习试点工作的经验,分析了师范生顶岗实习指导的意义和存在的主要问题,提出了对师范生顶岗实习工作需构建UGS指导共同体,并从制度制定,指导方法选取及过程监控等方面促使指导落实.Combined with the experience in long-term administration about in-post teaching practice,the meaning and the main problems about instruction during in-post teaching practice are analyzed.Accordingly,some suggestions for in-post teaching practice are given.For example,a community of UGS instruction should be builded and instruction during in-post teaching practice should be practicable by the system formulation,selection guidelines,the implementation process monitoring,etc.
