摘　　要：为了在远程开放教育中实现有效"导学"的目的,提出了引领式导学的定义,设计了引领式导学模型,并以"电大在线"为实验平台,对模式进行了实施和评价。引领式导学模型利用现代远程教育手段充分挖掘教师在远程教学中的"导学"潜能,能够解决教学资源呈现有效性的问题,使教学资源在"助学"中发挥最大作用,可为学习者"自主"学习、"学会"学习提供保障。In order to realize the goals of effective leading teaching,the paper put forward the definition of leading teaching,designed the model of leading teaching and implemented the model on the platform of CRTVU-Online. It is shown in the implementation,the model of leading teaching could motivate the potential of leading teaching in distance education by using the modern educational technology,provide solution to the effectiveness of teaching resources display,give full play to teaching resources in the course of facilitating students＇ study and guarantee the effective autonomous study of distance learners.
