摘 要:研究了混合床阴阳离子交换树脂大豆肽脱盐工艺。在单因素实验基础上,应用响应面分析了环境温度、大豆肽浓度、阴阳离子树脂比例对大豆肽脱盐率和肽回收率的影响。结果表明,大豆肽脱盐最佳工艺条件为大豆肽浓度33.13 mg/m L、环境温度35℃、阴阳离子树脂比例2:1,脱盐率为83.56%,肽回收率为75.47%,脱盐后的大豆肽灰分为3.01%,肽含量为88.23%;混合床阴阳离子树脂再生3次后仍具有良好脱盐性能。The impact of mixed-bed ion exchange resin for desalinization of soy peptides was studied in the paper. On the basis of single-factor test, the effects of environmental temperature, concentration of soy peptides and the ratio of mixed-bed ion exchange resin on desalinization and recovery of soy peptides were investigated by response surface methodology. The optimal desalination conditions were environmental temperature and concentration of 35 ℃ and 33.13 mg/m L respectively and anion/cation exchange resin ratio of 2:1. Under these conditions, the desalination rate was 83.56% and the peptide recovery was 75.47%. After desalination, the ash content of soy peptides was 3.01% and the soy peptide content was 88.23%. After three times of regeneration, the mixed-bed ion exchange resin still possessed good usability.
