摘　　要：现代学徒制是将传统学徒培训方式与现代学校职业教育相结合的育人制度。通过介绍国内现代学徒制实践探索的情况,分析现阶段我国实施现代学徒制存在的制度缺失、企业参与不积极、学校教学管理制度不匹配等问题,提出改革招生政策、明确学生权利义务、拓宽校企合作渠道、培育企业导师队伍、改革课程体系、改革职业资格证书制度等解决措施。Modem apprenticeship is an education system which combines traditional apprentice training with modem school vocational education. Through introducing the situation of the practice of modem apprenticeship in China, the paper analyzes the problems of implementing modem apprenticeship in China at present stage, such as lack of system, inactive participation of enterprises and mismatching of school teaching management system. Finally, the paper puts forward the measures of reform of admission policy, clear of students＇ rights and obligations, broadening the channels of school-enterprise cooperation, cultivating enterprise mentor team, reform of curriculum system and the system of professional certificates, etc.
