摘　　要：探索青少年精神分裂症患者的家庭功能特征,为青少年精神分裂症患者的家庭治疗及进一步的研究提供参考。选取4组青少年患者家庭进行深入的半结构式访谈,同时对4组家庭观察员进行半结构式访谈,收集有关的家庭功能信息,进行编码和主题分析。发现青少年精神分裂症患者家庭功能呈现出家庭关系联结疏离-缠结化,家庭互动情境矛盾化,家庭预后被动性的特点。表明家庭功能影响着青少年精神分裂症的疾病历程,疾病反过来影响着家庭功能,在临床实践中需对患者的家庭功能状态进行干预,促进患者的康复。To explore the family function of adolescent patients with schizophrenia,and to provide references for familybased therapy and further research.The information of family function about three adolescent families and four groups of family observers were collected through semi structured in-depth interviews,and qualitative data was coded and thematically analyzed.Adolescent patients＇ family function showing alienated-entangled link of family relationship,conflicts of family interactive situational and passive features of family prognosis.Family function of adolescent with schizophrenia influence disease process,in turn,disease affects the family function.In clinical practice,required adolescent family functional status needed to be intervened to promote the rehabilitation of patients.
