摘 要:腺苷酸活化蛋白激酶(AMP-activated protein kinase,AMPK)是一种高度保守的丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白激酶,为真核细胞内的能量感受器。研究表明:AMPK可以通过抑制NF-κB、MAPK和JAK-STAT等炎症信号通路和炎症基因的表达发挥抑炎作用。AMPK参与调控多种慢性炎症性疾病,如炎症性肠病、非酒精性脂肪性肝等,对AMPK调控炎症机制的研究将为炎症性疾病的治疗提供新思路。本文就近年来关于AMPK调控慢性炎症性疾病及其机制的研究进展作一简要综述。AMP-activated protein kinase(AMPK) is a highly conserved serine/threonine protein kinase, which acts as a fuel gauge in eukaryotes. Studies have demonstrated that AMPK negatively regulates inflammatory responses through inhibiting inflammatory signaling pathways including NF-κB, MAPK and JAKSTAT and expression of some inflammatory genes. AMPK plays an important role in various chronic inflammatory diseases, such as inflammatory bowel disease and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. Thus, understanding the mechanism by which AMPK regulates these processes can provide us a new clue for anti-inflammatory therapy. This article will review the recent progress regarding the effect of AMPK on chronic inflammatory diseases and its mechanisms.
