摘 要:在《中国制造2025》的路线指导下,我国制造业借助"工业4.0"的经验正在大力推动数字化网络化智能化制造。本文针对新型发动机缸套生产过程中工艺繁多、生产加工技术要求高和产品种类多样化等特点,结合物联网技术设计了发动机缸套智能制造系统。系统基于C/S架构,采用SQL数据库,利用RFID技术,把生产过程中的工人、机器、原材料和生产数据等诸多要素通过工业互联网整合到整个系统中。针对发动机缸套实际生产过程,建立了生产过程实时调度数学模型,设计了基于优先级的启发式实时调度算法对该模型求解,并通过实验数据模拟验证了调度算法的可行性和优越性。Under the guidance of the " made in China 2025" route, manufacturing industry in our country can use the experience of the " 4.0" industrial and promote digital networked intelligent manu- facturing vigorously. As for the strictness and complexity about the production of cylinder sleeve, a smart management system was developed based on RFID by using Structure Query Language technology taking the C/S architecture. The intelligent production management system communicates with the production workers, machines, raw materials and products in the process of many factors by using the? industry In- ternet to achieve real- time monitoring and timely processing of abnormal production. As for the actual production process of engine cylinder liner, a real -time scheduling mathematical model was built and a real -time heuristic scheduling algorithm based on priority was designed. At last, through the experiment data, the feasibility and superiority about the real - time heuristic algorithm scheduling algorithm was ver- ified.
