手机客户端在综合医院手术室护士培训中的应用

摘　　要：目的提高手术室护士的培训效果,促进手术室平稳运转,提升护理质量。方法通过科室培训小组和手机客户端(application,APP)工程师的沟通和试验,在软件平台搭建"通知发布""护士学习园地""手术笔记共享""培训考核""调查问卷"等模块,不定期地推送培训内容,进行质量控制,通过在线考核和培训调查检验应用效果。结果使用APP培训1年后,与培训前比较,护士专业知识得到提升(P<0.01),手术医生的综合满意度有所提高(P<0.05),95.2%的手术室护士认可此种培训形式。结论综合医院手术室应用APP教学方便快捷,尤其在理论考核和问卷调查上具有优势。Objective To evaluate the effects of mobile application for nursing education in a large comprehen- sive operating room. Methods Through communication between training team and application engineers and techni- cal tests, we built a module on the software platform and pushed training materials irregularly,and evaluated train- ing effects via online examination and training survey. Results After one year of implementation,professional knowledge of nurses and comprehensive satisfaction of surgeons were improved, and 95.2% of the operating room nurses recognized this form of training. Conclusion The mobile application for nursing education in the operating room of comprehensive hospital can improve professional knowledge of nurses and comprehensive satisfaction of surgeons,which is recognized by surgeons and nurses.
