摘　　要：如果把新闻当成社会系统中的一个子系统的话,那么新闻系统内的生产方式、价值标准、业务原则、经营程序等就构成了维系这个系统有序运行的一套共享的价值和规范,它直接设定了新闻采写、编辑、发布和受众反应等可预期的行为方式。但是随着互联网的发展,传统新闻系统正面临着一场失范革命。过去规范新闻的生产、运营和消费等方式的安全边界和价值体系被打破,新闻变成了一个泛边界存在。而新闻业转型与变革的实质就是重构新的新闻价值和行为范式,从新闻系统的生产、渠道、产品和价值规范这四个基本层面重塑边界。If we treat journalism as one of social systems, the producing pattern, value, business principles and operation proce- dure all shape a series of shared standards in order to maintain the operation of journalism system orderly, which directly determine the behavior manners from interview, edition, issue and the response of audience. But with the developing of internet and digitization, the traditional journalism is facing an anomie reformation. The safe boundary and common value system is broken, which leads to producing a broad and vague boundary. In summary, the transition and reformation of journalism is to break through the original boundary and positively melt into the new value and behavior norms.
