摘  要:高校教师的学术能力作为其职业素质结构的核心组成部分,决定教师学术职业发展的水平和程度。学术能力包括学术敏感能力、学术批判反思能力、学术组织能力、学术交往能力、学术产出能力和学术影响力等六大组成要素。同时还具有问题性、文本性、可交流性和创新性等特征,其中创新性是学术能力的根本特征,也是保持高等教育稳定持续发展的活力源泉。六大要素之间环环相扣,紧密联系。其中学术敏感能力是学术能力的前提和基础,也是问题性的主要表征;学术批判和反思能力是整个学术能力的核心要素,也是大学教师学术创新性的主要体现;学术组织和交往能力是必备要素,产出能力和学术影响力作为表达形式和输出结果,是教师作为研究者向公众和同行展示自己学术水平的主要方式。The academic ability of college teachers is the core component of the structure of their professional quality,which decides the level and degree of the development of their academic career. Academic ability includes six major factors: academic sensitivity,academic critical and reflection ability,academic organization ability,academic communication ability,academic output ability and academic influence. Besides,it is also characterized by problem,text,communication and creativity,among which creativity is the basic feature of academic ability and the base to maintain the stable and sustainable development of higher education. The six elements are closely interlocked and connected. Academic sensitive ability is the premise and foundation of academic ability,and is the main characteristic of problems; academic critical and reflection ability is the core elements of the academic ability,as well as the embodiment of the creativity of college teachers; academic organization and communication ability are essential elements; academic output capacity and academic influence as a form of expression and output results,are main ways for teachers as researcher to show their academic level to their fellows and public.
