摘 要:农村小学全科教师"实践+"的培养模式就是以面向农村、扎根本土、实践取向的全科教师培养为价值追求,做实践"加法",以师技、师能、师艺并重的农村小学全科教师培养目标为出发点,培养具有"看家"专业本领的"全能型"教师,全面实施的小学教师教育综合改革。农村小学全科教师"实践+"培养模式是基于满足农村小学教育发展需要、符合教育事业发展的"国家意志"、为解决理念困惑和实践无奈而提出的,其实施策略包括:制定人才培养方案、构建"实践+4"模块化课程体系、实施"实践+5"学习方式、完善"实践+资源"配套设施、组建"教师指导组"式"高基"共同体引领团队、设置"四位一体"的组织运行与保障机制、建立以"实践"为中心的职前教师质量保障和评价机制。The training mode of rural primary school teachers in the whole "practice + "is rural-oriented,local community-rooted and practice-oriented value pursuit,and it attempts to do some additions. With the goal of cultivating the general rural primary teachers with their own methods,ability and arts as the starting point,it ia a comprehensive reform that aims to cultivate overall-development teachers with solid knowledge and skills and conduct. The training mode of the "Practice + " that aims to cultivate rural overall-development teachers is national will that meets the need of rural primary and secondary education and enhances the development of education. It is put forward to solve the problems of educational confusing and practice. Its implementation strategies include: formulating the talent training programs,building a "Practice + 4 " modular curriculum system,implementing a "practice + 5 " learning style,perfecting the "practice + resource " supporting facilities,forming a "teacher's Guidance Group""of"a community to lead the team,setting "four in one "operation and guarantee mechanism,and establishing a "practice"as the center of the guarantee and evaluation mechanism of pre-serviced teachers quality.
