摘 要:国家的高速发展离不开高素质人才,高素质人才呼唤高水平教育,高水平教育需要大批卓越教师来支撑和引领,这些理念已成为当今世界的共识。也正因为此,各国纷纷推出各自的卓越教师培养计划或类似的项目方案,旨在提升本国教师的质量。本文基于几个教育发达国家的卓越教师培养计划分析,就卓越教师的概念、内涵以及卓越教师应具有的若干品质谈一些粗浅的看法,并提出卓越教师核心素质的培养途径。A country cannot develop quickly without high-quality talents. The fostering of high-quality talents calls for high-level education,and high-level education needs to be supported by a large number of outstanding teachers. The world has reached an agreement on these concepts and because of this,many countries have launched their own excellent teacher training programs or similar projects,aiming to enhance the quality of their teachers. Based on the outstanding teachers training plans carried out in education-developed countries,the paper gives some opinions on the concept of excellent teachers,its connotation and some qualities they should possess.Meanwhile,the paper also points out some ways to train the core qualities of excellent teachers.
