复方葱头颗粒降血脂作用研究

摘　　要：目的:研究复方葱头(Bulbus Allii Polyrhizi)颗粒对大鼠血脂的影响,为药物和保健食品开发提供依据。方法:选择50只健康Wistar大鼠,随机分成5组,10只1组,3个给药组:高剂量组(800 mg·kg^(-1)·d^(-1))、中剂量组(400 mg·kg^(-1)·d^(-1))、低剂量组(200 mg·kg^(-1)·d^(-1)),每天1次灌胃给予不同浓度葱头降血脂颗粒,另外设置空白对照组和高脂血症模型组作为对照,检测和考察大鼠体重、肝指数、血糖(Glu)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、和低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)的变化情况。结果:模型组大鼠的Glu、TC、TG、LDL-C显著高于对照组,HDL-C显著低于对照组,提示造模成功。给药组大鼠的体重、肝指数、Glu、TC、TG、LDL-C显著低于模型组,HDL-C显著高于模型组。结论:复方葱头颗粒可以显著降低生长旺盛时期大鼠的体重,对高脂饲料导致的肝功能病变有显著的改善功能。可以显著降低高脂大鼠的血糖、血清TC、TG、LDL-C水平,升高血清HDL-C,具有显著的降血糖降血脂功效。Objective ： Study on hypolipidemic effect of the compound Bulbus A11ii Polyrhizi Granules on experimental rats, providing basis for the development of drugs and health food. Methods ： 50 Wistar rats in health, were divided randomly into 5 groups, ten one group： three drug groups, high concentration group （ 800 mg·kg^-1·d^-1 ）, medium concentration group （ 400mg·kg^-1·d^-1）, low concentration group （ 200mg·kg^-1·d^-1）were designed giving Compound Bulbus Allii Polyrhizi Granules of different concentration by gavage once a day .And another two groups ： normal control group, model group were set as comparison.Test and inspect the exchange of body weight, liver index, glucose （ Glu ）, triglycerides （ TG ）, total cholesterol （ TC ）, high-density lipoprotein （ HDL-C ）, and low density lipoprotein （ LDL-C ） in the rats. Results ： The lever of Glu, TC, TG, LDL-C of the model group was dramatically higher than the blank group, while the HDL-C was lower, thus the modle was successfully set. The weight of the rats, liver index, Glu, TC, TG, LDL-C of drug groups were appearancelly lower than model group, while HDL-C was higher. Conclusion ： Compound Bulbus Allii Polyrhizi Granules can significantly reduce the weight of rats, lever of Glu, TC, TG, LDL-C, liver index of experimental hyperlipidemia rats, and increase lever of HDL-C of experimental hyperlipidemia rats, thus had significant hypolipidemic and hypoglycemic effects.
