摘  要:目的通过纤维素酶辅助-微波提取法,首次对灵香草中多酚的提取工艺条件进行探讨。方法采用单因素试验和正交试验法,以灵香草中多酚得率为指标,分别考察了酶用量、酶解时间、溶剂体积分数、料液比、提取时间、微波功率等因素对提取工艺的影响。结果最佳工艺条件是:酶用量0.8%,酶解时间1.5h,乙醇体积分数70%,料液比1∶20,提取时间10min,提取温度70℃,微波功率400 W。结论本方法操作简单,节能环保,多酚的提取效果良好,为该药材的质量控制和进一步开发研究提供参考依据。Objective A cellulase-assisted microwave extraction method was used to research the extrac-tion process conditions for extracting polyphenol from Lysimachia foenum graecum Hance for the first time. Methods The single factor test and orthogonal test were performed in this paper.The yield of polyphenol from Lysimachia foenum graecum Hance was used as index for observing the effects of the factors such as the a-mount of cellulase,enzymatic hydrolysis time,solvent volume fraction,solid-liquid ratio,extraction time, microwave power and other factors on the extraction process. Results The optimal conditions for extracting polyphenol:the amount of cellulase was 0.8%,enzymatic hydrolysis time 1.5 h,ethanol volume fraction 70%,solid-liquid ratio 1∶20,extraction time 10 min,extraction temperature 70 ℃,the microwave power 400 W. Conclusion This method was simple,energy saving and environment protection.The results of ex-tracting polyphenol are good,providing a reference for quality control and further development of Lysimachia foenum graecum Hance.
