高职英语教学设计中目标的确定与实现途径——以参赛作品“How to respond to complaints?”为例

摘　　要：以公共英语课信息化教学设计参赛作品——"How to respond to complaints?(怎样回复投诉)"为例,分析外语教学设计的核心问题:(1)教学目标的预设。即要充分考虑学生的目标工作环境中典型工作任务对英语的要求(教学终点),以及学生的基础、兴趣、爱好等需求(教学起点);(2)教学途径。即充分利用信息技术手段,应用词汇记忆策略、预制语块教学策略,精心设计教学过程,提供支持性的学习资源,采用多维度的评价手段来实现教学目标。信息化教学设计的研究对我国高校公共英语教学改革有重要的启示。Based on analyzing a foreign language teaching （FLT） plan- How to respond to complaints？ for 2015 National Competition of Vocational Education （VE） Instructional Design （ID） integrated with education technolo- gy, this paper focuses on two issues： the determination of the intended instructional objectives should be made on the base of needs analysis. Target needs and learning needs should be fully identified for FLT of VE. Lexical learn- ing strategies and prefabricated chunk learning strategies, together with elaborated instructional process, supportive learning resources, and multi - dimensional ways of assessments, are utilized to achieve the instructional objec- tives. The study of ID has two important implications to FLT in VE.
