摘　　要：目的:研究临床医学专业学生考研情况及竞争力的培养方法。方法:采用自制问卷调查方式,对长江大学临床医学专业300名男女学生进行无记名调查。结果:1临床医学生考研及报考临床医学专业为主流;2影响学生考研的主要因素为医学生就业压力大、找工作难等;3学生考研过程中需教师、学校等各方面的辅导及指引。结论:提高临床医学专业学生竞争力的方法主为不断加强教学改革,合理调整课程设置;针对学生问题,进行专题辅导。Objective:To investigate the situation of the Postgraduate Students Entrance Examination(PSEE)and method to improve competitiveness of clinical medical students.Methods:The selfmade questionnaires were Used to test 300 students in Yangtze University.Results:Most Clinical Medical students accepted PSEE,and most of followers choose Clinical Medical as their major.Great employment pressure and difficulty in finding apost.etc are the main factors influencing students to accept PSEE.Students need help from tutorship and guiding from school during the prepearation.Conclusion:Effective methods to improve the competitiveness of the students are inhancing education revolution gradually and arranging the course properly,giving personal tutorship when students are faced with the concrete problems.
