摘  要:建立两片变截面式渐变刚度钢板弹簧模型,运用MATLAB优化工具箱对某轻载货车钢板弹簧进行满足应力要求前提下的优化,使其所使用的板簧材料最少,并利用ANSYS有限元分析软件验证其性能.结果表明:在应力满足要求的前提下,优化后的两片变截面式渐变刚度钢板弹簧,质量减轻了44.16%,且仿真的刚度值与数值计算刚度值基本一致.This thesis focuses on the weight-reducing of the two taper leaf spring with variable stiffness using the leaf spring of a light load truck as a case study. A model of two taper leaf spring with variable stiffness was established,and an optimization process conducted using MATLAB as a calculator to make sure the least material was used for leaf spring when stiffness was ensured. An ANSYS verification of this model was followed. The result shows that consumption of materials for the taper leaf spring has a 44. 16 percent reduction when stiffness is ensured.
