培养护理学硕士研究生职业道德素养的相关研究

摘　　要：护理人员作为临床一线队伍的重要组成部分,在临床工作中不仅要有精湛的专业技术,更需要具备良好的思想道德品质及职业道德素养。护理硕士研究生作为护理专业的高端人才队伍,其职业道德素养对医疗工作更起着至关重要的作用。文章通过专家访谈、专家问卷咨询等方法,对我省护理硕士研究生思想道德修养及职业道德素养的培养问题进行研究,初步建立了护理硕士研究生思想道德修养及职业道德素养的培养目标及考核体系。As the important and integral part of the first clinic class, a nurse needs not only professional skills but also good ethical qualities and vocational moralities. As the expert team of nurse major, nursing masters＂ ethical qualities have a vital effect on the medical work. The article researches the issue of the cultivation of ethical qualities and vocational morality of nurse master students in our province and preliminary establishes the training objective and evaluation system by means of expert interviews and questionnaire survey.
