肌内注射技术教学在本科护生实验教学中存在的问题及对策

摘　　要：目的:剖析某高校2014级本科护生肌内注射技术教学过程中存在的问题,对教学内容及教学方式进行针对性地调整和改进,以促进护生护理操作水平的提高、夯实护理实验教学质量。方法:对学院2014级护理本科学生讲授第4版人民卫生出版社基础护理学中的肌内注射技术,随机选取本年级护生130人,分为5组,在授课及护生自主练习时密切观察、及时纠正操作中的不足,并总结教学中存在的问题及对策。结果:在肌内注射技术实训过程中药液的抽吸、排气及注射手法错误率较高,分别为22.0%、63.0%、48.0%;部分护生存在药液查对不规范、无菌观念不强等问题。结论:在肌内注射教学过程中注意把握操作理论与自主练习的时间比;护生自主练习时教师加强巡视并及时纠正不正确的操作方式;自主练习结束后尽可能让每位护生都能回视一遍,并再次规范其操作。Objective：To analyze the problems of muscle injection technique in the teaching process of undergraduate nursing students in grade 2014 in a college and pertinently adjust and improve the teaching contents and methods so as to improve the nursing students＇operation level and en-hance the quality of nursing experiment teaching.Methods：Undergraduate nursing students in grade 2014 in the college were instructed in intra-muscular injection technique under the guide of Basic Nursing （fourth edition）, published by the People＇s Medical Publishing House.130 students were randomly selected and divided into 5 groups to be closely observed in the process of lecture and practice, whose operation deficiencies were corrected in time so that the problems and countermeasures in teaching could be summarized .Results：In the process of intramuscular injection tech-nique training, the error rates of liquid suction, exhaust and injection technique are higher, namely 22 %, 63 % and 48 % respectively.Other problems also existed in some nursing students, such as unstandardized liquid checking, lack of aseptic concept and so on.Conclusion：The pro-portion of time spent in theory teaching and practice in muscle injection technique should be balanced .Teachers should strengthen observation in the class and correct the students＇any operation deficiencies in time during their practices .Nursing students should review the practice afterwards to regulate their operation.
