摘　　要：在对高校领导德育工作水平评估指标体系进行设计的基础上，文章着重介绍了评估的具体测评程序和计算方法，最后指出了评估中应注意的几个问题，评估模式不仅有助于促进高校德育评估理论的发展，也可为各种类型的高校领导德育工作评估提供具体的指标体系和操作程序与方法，促进高校领导德育工作水平评估实践的开展。On the Basis of the designing of the index system of evaluating Leaders' moral education with in college, the thesis puts on the concrete evaluation procedure and calculation method and points out some questions that should be given more attention at the end of the article. This study can not only accelerate the development of the evaluation theory on moral education in college, but also provide concrete index system of evaluation, procedure and method of operation for all kinds of evaluations on leaders' moral education work and promote the practice of the evaluation mentioned above.
