社会关系调控视域下道德治理的现实路径

摘　　要：现实社会关系视域中的道德治理,其实现需要遵循强化治理目标、综合运用治理方式、保障治理动态运行等现实路径。强化治理目标既需要围绕总体性目标,又需要注重层级性目标,从而树立道德理想与价值信念和提倡道德人格与价值规范;综合运用舆论评价、风俗维系、典范教化、赏善惩恶等治理方式。需要结合治理阶段的具体特征,构建起全方位、立体性、多维度的"德网"。保障治理动态运行需要应对治理过程中出现的各种问题,随时明确标准、纠正偏差、衡量成效。The implementation of ethical governance from the perspective of the realistic social relations calls for following such practical paths as strengthening the governance objectives,synthesizing different approaches and ensuring its dynamic operations. Strengthening the governance objectives involves focusing on overall targets as well as analytical target cascading so as to establish moral ideals and values,and to advocate moral personality and criteria of values. Synthesizing different approaches,including public opinions,custom sustainability,exemplification and enlightenment,punishment and reward,etc,requires combining the specific characteristics at different stages in order to build up an all-round,three-dimensional and multi-dimensional moral network. Ensuring its dynamic operations needs coping with different kinds of problems during the process in order to clarify its standards,correct its deviations and measure its effects.
