摘　　要：校企深度合作办学培养战略性新兴产业应用技术型人才,是实现区域产业发展与地方高校人才培养合作双赢的有效途径。被列入江西省战略性新兴产业的螺杆膨胀机产业应用技术型人才培养,需要创新办学体制与办学模式,建立与应用技术型人才培养相适应的校企合作运行与保障机制、人才培养机制、人才评价机制。Fostering the strategic new industrial application technology - oriented talents through in - depth school - enterprise coopera- tion is an effective approach to realizing cooperation win - win in the regional industrial development and talent fostering in the local col- leges. The fostering of application technology - oriented talents of screw expander industry which is listed as the strategic new industry of Jiangxi province requires the innovation of school - running system and model, theestablishment of the school - enterprise cooperation and guarantee mechanism, the talent fostering mechanism and talent evaluation mechanism which are suitable for the fostering of appli- cation technology talents.
