摘 要:在21世纪讨论非物质文化遗产离不开多元文化教育和差异性文化对话的话语权问题。非遗是一个民族性与世界性相通的概念,这个概念的引入,提升了非遗的地位,但也带来了非遗本身传承的认识论与本体论的分离。解决问题的根本在教育,非遗依靠精神传递,需要通过教育完成,在全球化的背景下,这种教育还离不开寻找跨文化对话的思想通道,这也值得重视。近年兴起的跨文化研究思潮中的有关历史、文明、语言、文献、风俗、特质、一元、多元、差异等阐述方法和一系列概念,富含和平精神,提倡人文价值观,强调科学方法对研究工作的重要性,可纳入大学教育。中国经济崛起后,促使中国与世界各国人民共同反观中国在多元文化教育的悠久历史文明底蕴和文化包容性格,以及中国在多元文化教育的独有积累,中国也应自觉担负起引领大学多元文化教育的时代责任,从根本上解决非遗工作遇到的系列问题。In 21 st century, it is impossible to discuss intangible cultural heritage without discussing the right of cultural discourse and its differences between the countries across the world. Actually,the concept of intangible cultural heritage has embraced both national and international components,which enhances the status of the intangible cultural heritage, but in the meanwhile it causes the separation of epistemology and ontology of intangible cultural heritage.The fundamental solution to this problem is to strengthen contemporary collegial education, for the spiritual transmission of intangible cultural heritage relys on the channel of education. Through the cross-cultural conversation under the backdrop of globalization,all the tides are worthy of attention. Transcultural studies in recent years provide us withnew concept series,such as history and civilization, language and literature,oral tradition and custom,cultural unification and cultural multiplication, characteristics and differences etc.,which can become the new means for us to improve our university education,for example,to enrich the spirit of peace,to advocate the humanistic values,and to stressed the importance of scientific methods to the research, all these can be incorporated into collegial education. The economic rise of China promptings all people of the world pay more attention to China,so China should also consciously assume the responsibility of leading multicultural education in universities,and fundamentally solve a series of problems encountered in the work of intangible cultural heritage.
