高职教师科研需求的调查分析与对策——以北海职业学院为例

摘　　要：科研管理中必须重视教师的需求,注意激发教师参与科学研究的积极性和主动性。该文对职业院校教师的科研需求进行问卷调查。就调查结果分析来看,高职院校要促进教师科研能力的发展,既要满足教师合法合理提高科研收入的需求,还要营造良好学术氛围,在资金、设备上提供充足条件,满足教师发展科研能力的需求,同时亦应保护学术自由,满足教师自我实现的精神追求。The needs of the teachers in scientific research management should be emphasized, and their enthusiasm and initiative to participate in scientific research should be stimulated. There has a questionnaire about the needs of scientific research for vocational college teachers. The survey shows that the needs to improve the teachers＇ income should be met with good academic atmosphere and sufficient conditions on capital and equipment, so as to develop the teachers＇ ability in research. Besides, the teachers＇ academic freedom should be protected, and the spiritual pursuit of self-realization should be satisfied.
