摘  要:[目的]优化从提取凝血质的白地霉培养的酒糟副产物利用的最佳培养基。[方法]先通过正交试验及单因素试验确定凝血质的最大提取量,探讨利用酒糟为基质培养白地霉的最佳培养基配比,即确定蛋白饲料水、DDGS水、废糖及酵母泥的最佳配比。[结果]4种营养成分的最佳配比为:蛋白饲料水20 m L、DDGS水120 m L、废糖1 g、酵母泥1.6 g。在以上条件下培养获得白地霉的干菌量为1.402 g,获得粗品的凝血质含量为2.3%。[结论]通过该试验的研究降低了培养白地霉的培养成本,提高了燃料乙醇发酵副产物及废糖的利用率,增加了废弃物的附加值,并开发了凝血质提取和获得的途径。[Objective] To optimize the culture condition for extraction of thromboplastin from Geotrichum candidum with lees as the matrix.[Method]Orthogonal test and single factor test were used to determine the maximum extraction amount of thromboplastin. The optimal culture medium composition was obtained with lees as the matrix,which was the ratios of protein feed water,DDGS water,waste sugar and yeast mud. [Result]The optimal formula of the four kinds of nutritional components were 20 m L protein feed water,120 m L DDGS water,1 g waste sugar and 1. 6 g yeast mud. Under the above conditions,the amount of G. candidum was 1. 402 g and the crude thromboplastin content was2. 3%. [Conclusion] This research reduces the cultivation cost of G. candidum,enhances the utilization rate of fuel ethanol fermentation byproducts and waste sugar,increases the added value of waste,and develops the approaches for thromboplastin extraction and acquisition.
