德国“双元制”职业教育培养模式(DVE)探究

摘　　要："双元制"职业教育培养模式(DVE)是德国长期的职业教育实践中逐渐完善的产物。在这种模式下,企业与学校或职教机构"双元"共同培养学生——企业培养学生的职业能力为核心,学校的理论学习作为实践培训的支撑与补充。"双元制"职业教育培养模式的广泛应用主要得益于其以"社会需求"为导向的专业架构、以"实践体验"为方法的职业导向,和以"全人培养"为目标。对DVE的研究与分析将会对我国高等职业教育中的人才培养起很大的参考和借鉴作用。Dual-system of Vocational Education （DVE） has been gradually improved in Germany＇s long-term practice of vo-cational education. In this educational mode, corporations and vocational training institutions or schools cooperate in undertaking the obligations of training students into competent and skillful employees-promoting the professional competence in corpora- tions is the core and the knowledge and theories learned from schools or vocational training institutions are the support and supplement of students training and practicing. The setting of majors oriented by social demands, the career orientation guided by experience, and the target of training an employee with integrated skills make attributions to the widely and successfully application of the DVE Mode. This study and analysis can hopefully provide information and ideas for the implement of the vocational education.
