摘　　要：中等职业学校主题班会的本质是一门校本德育活动课程,具有特殊的任务、目标、特点和功能。推进中等职业学校主题班会课程化设计有一定的政策依据和理论基础,有利于促进中职学校班主任的专业发展,提高主题班会设计的规范化、科学化和系列化,有效落实中职德育大纲规定的教育目标。实现主题班会课程化设计需要遵循一定的基本原则和实施步骤。The essence of secondary vocational school class meeting is school-based curriculum of moral education activities,with a special mission,objectives,features and functions.There is some theory and policy basis to promote the curriculum design of secondary vocational class meetings,which is conducive to promoting the professional development of teachers in secondary vocational schools,improving the scientific and standardized series of theme class meeting design,and effectively implementing the educational objectives of the outline of the moral education in the secondary vocational schools.To achieve class meeting curriculum design needs to follow some basic principles and implementation steps.
