摘　　要：师资队伍建设质量制约着高等职业教育的发展,文章通过调研发现目前高职教师专业发展面临着结构不合理、专业发展不平衡、培养渠道贫乏、科研意识和能力薄弱、实践能力不足的问题,以期高职院校职能部门针对问题,研究对策,推动高职教育更好更快地发展。The quality of the construction of teaching staff restricts the development of higher vocational education. Through the investigation and research, it is found that the professional development of higher vocational teachers is faced with the problems of irrational structure, unbalanced professional development, deficient training channels, weak scientific research consciousness and ability and deficient practical ability. In order to solve the problems, the functional department of higher vocational colleges should research measures to promote the better and faster development for higher vocational education.
