生物技术专业错位发展模式探讨——以河池学院为例

摘　　要：生物技术专业的发展受到了较为严峻的考验,作为地方院校,应建设地方特色的生物技术专业,实现专业的错位、健康发展。该文综述了生物技术专业存在的主要问题及主要解决思路,在此基础上,提出了河池学院生物技术专业的建设思路,包括模块化的课程体系、有层次的实习实训环节、双师型师资队伍建设及加强专业教育和创新创业教育等。在诸多方面中,课程建设中的特色方向的设定是特色专业建设的核心内容,并要重点加强培养方案的实施效果。另外,对学生的就业规划和就业心理的指导水平在特色专业建设中将占据越来越大的比重,也是专业能否实现错位竞争的关键。The development of biotechnology major has being severely tested.As a new local undergraduate university,specialty characteristics should be stressed to accomplish cross and healthy development.In this paper, problems in this major were summarized and construction keys of the major in Hechi University were presented. The keys include modular course system, hierarchy steps of training and practice, construction of the double professionally--titled teachers and education on major and innovatiou,etc.ln many aspects, characteristic directions are core contents of major construction, as well as the implementing effects of leaching scheme.Additional, student employment guidance is more and more important, becoming the key of cross development.
