摘  要:目前,我国高校在尝试引进本科导师制,提高人才培养质量。首先,阐述本科导师制的起源、发展与传播;其次,探讨在本科院校财会类专业中实施导师制的意义;再次,运用SWOT分析法深入剖析实施财会类本科导师制的优势、劣势和面临的机遇、挑战;最后,提出完善财会类本科导师制的策略与建议。Nowadays, universities are trying to introduce tutorial system to improve the quality of personnel training in our country. This paper describes the origin, development and spreading of tutorial system of undergraduates; explores the significance of implementing tutorial system in financial accounting undergraduates. Through applying SWOT analysis, this paper analyzes the internal strengths and weaknesses, the external opportunities and threats of the implementation of tutorial system. In the end, some suggestions are put forward to improve the tutorial system of undergraduates.
