摘  要:为解决步进电机的控制问题,本文以步进电机为控制对象,基于罗克韦尔Micro830控制器,利用FactoryTalk View Studio软件,设计了步进电机实验控制系统,同时采用RsLinx软件建立OPC服务器,实现了FactoryTalk View Studio与CCW软件之间的连接。实验结果表明,在设定初始速度为40rad/min,2s后设定速度为50rad/min的条件下,系统可以对设定速度实现实时有效地反馈和追踪。通过转向按钮,步进电机可以快速有效地实现方向的改变,通过计数器对输出的脉冲数进行记录,由脉冲数控制步进电机的步数,实现了对步进电机的点动、点位、连续运行以及方向和转速的控制,且上位机监控软件能对实验系统进行实时有效的在线监控。该系统稳定性较高、控制简便,对实验教学和科学研究等方面具有良好的意义。This paper takes stepper motor as the controlling tern based on Rockwell Micro830 controllers and FactoryTa the OPC communication and realize the connection between computer real-time monitoring of the entire motor control show,in condition of s tern can effectively get quickly and efficiently. control the number of object, lk View Factory and establishes the Studio Talk V system is real We select stepper motor sys- RsLinx to establish ew Studio and CCW. The system with high stability which is easy to control has a good sense in teaching and scienti{ic research and other as- pects.
