摘　　要：哲学是文化的重要来源和主要构成要素。哲学与文化的最终指向是生命与幸福,这种指向的表征是形而上与形而下的统一,是社会实践主体与客体的和谐运动。文化作为人类卓立于自然界而创造的物质与精神的总和,其传承灵魂是不同时期的哲学,这是文化的哲学;哲学作为思想的动态化系统呈现,其实践表征必然是民族性的文化,这是哲学的文化。文化与哲学的切融点是生命与幸福。Philosophy is the main source and components of the culture. The ultimate destination of philosophy and culture points to life and happiness. Its characterizations are the unity of metaphysics and physics, and the harmonious movement between the subject and the object in the social practice. As the sum total of material and spirit created by human based on nature, culture inheritance the soul of philosophy in different periods, thus called the philosophy in culture; philosophy, as the dynamic and systematic exhibition of thoughts,presents nationality culture in its practice, thus called culture in philosophy. The melting point of culture and philosophy is life and happiness.
