摘　　要：针对在制盐行业应用较广的双级推料离心机在实际生产中控制系统易出现偏差、失效,造成设备磨损和原动力烧毁的情况,选用可编程序控制器PLC为硬件平台用梯形图编写控制程序替代原分立硬件的控制系统,完善后的系统做到了控制精确、操作简便、运行稳定、免维护,有良好的推广应用价值。During the actual production, the control system of twin--stage pushing centrifuge machine, which is mainly applied in the salt making industry, usually turns up deviation, invalid, equipment wear and prime power burn. Using PLC as the hardware platform to create ladder diagram, and then conduct control program to instead the original control system of discrete hardware. The completed system is precise control, use-friendly control stable operation, maintenance--free and has popularization and application value.
