摘　　要：积极心理学于20世纪80年代兴起,它的诞生改变了传统心理学侧重于消极价值取向的状况,主张关注人们的身体潜能和优秀品质。通过分析积极心理学对大学生心理健康教育的影响,给出了积极心理学运用于大学生心理健康教育的途径,介绍了积极心理学运用于心理健康教育中的方法,希望能对大学生心理健康教育有所帮助。Positive psychology emerged in the 1980s, which has changed the negative value orientation of the traditional psychology and advocated concerning about people＇s physical potential and excellent quality. The application approach and method of positive psychology on mental health education were proposed, hoping to have some help for mental health educmion.
