摘  要:研究了PE、PP改性材料与日本产PP菌菇保鲜膜,共五种包装薄膜用于生鲜金针菇的保鲜试验对比。五种包装薄膜分别为NSPE海纳、NSPE兰天、日本产菌菇保鲜膜、CP45Y和CP45F,保鲜试验中研究测试了金针菇贮藏期的色泽、失重率、相对电导率、可溶性固形物、菌落总数、维生素C含量的变化。结果表明,五种包装薄膜保鲜效果从好到差依次为:NSPE海纳、NSPE兰天、日本产菌菇保鲜膜、CP45Y和CP45F。PE, PP modified materials and Japanese production PP for mushroom fresh-keeping film is studied. There are five kinds of packaging film for fresh mushroom fresh-keeping experiments. They are NSPE Heiner, NSPE- LanTian, Fresh-keeping film of Japan , CP45Y and CP45F, and then testing the impact of color, weight loss rate, relative conductivity, soluble solids, total bacteria and VC in golden mushroom. The results showed that , NSPE Heiner is the best effect for golden mushroom in all packaging materials, NSPE-LanTian is slightly worse compared with NSPE Heiner, and fresh-keeping film of Japan is more obvious than CP45Yand CP45F in the effect of preservation, but the effect of fresh-keeping Can't compare with NSPE-LanTian.
