摘　　要：为建立一种符合我院中层干部实际的培训模式,提高我院中层干部的培训质量,课题组对我院中层干部的培训需求进行了深入研究,研究采用了问卷调查法,以我院中层干部为调研对象,共发放问卷53份,回收46份,分析了我院中层干部的培训需求现状,提出了开展中层干部培训的意见建议,为我院今后开展培训提供参考和借鉴。In order to establish a training mode in line with our hospital middle-level cadres＂ practical and improve the training quality. This group has researched the training needs, adopts the method of questionnaire with our hospital middle-level cadres as the objects, 53 questionnaires were given out, and returned 46 parts, This article analyzed the situation of training needs, put forward opinions and suggestions on training, so as to provide reference about future training plan.
