摘  要:随着我国职业教育形式的快速发展,多数职业院校在人才培养模式上已经做了相应调整。针对职业院校教育模式进行系统分析,秉承"以服务为宗旨,就业为导向"的办学方针,探索校企合作工学结合的发展方向,建立长期稳定的联系制度,充分利用教育环境和教育资源,为职业院校校企合作、工学结合的改革提供更多的决策依据,为培养新型人才做出更多努力。with the rapid development of vocational education form in our country, most vocational schools have made corresponding adjustment in talent cultivation model. This paper conducts systematically analysis of the education model of vocational schools with the school operating principle of "serv- ice- targeted, employment- oriented" to explore the development direction for the combination of learning and working and establish long- term and stable liaison system, and it is required to make fully use of education environment and education resource to provide more decision basis for reform of univer- sity - industry cooperation, combination of working and learning in vocational schools and making grea- ter efforts for cultivating new type of talents.
