摘　　要：在全球教育信息化的背景下,终身学习与个性化学习将成为人们不断提升自身能力、适应社会发展的重要方式。MOOC通过优质资源的共享、信息技术的运用打破了学校围墙,为传统教育敲响了警钟。由MOOC引发的高职教育教学模式优化、课程体系重构、教师角色转变、学习规律研究以及MOOC给高职院校的发展带来的挑战等系列问题迫切需要探索与解答。Under the background of global education informationization,lifelong learning and individualized learning will become an important way for people to continuously upgrade their capabilities and adapt to the social development. The use of MOOC by sharing good- quality resources and applying the information technology has broken the school walls and sounded the alarm for the traditional education. A series of problems,such as the optimization of higher vocational education and teaching mode,reconstruction of curriculum system,the changes of teachers＇ roles,the research of learning rules and the big challenges of vocational colleges＇ development brought about by MOOC are needed to be explored and resolved urgently.
