摘　　要：通过对唐山市幼儿园师资培训发展的现状及影响幼儿教师专业发展因素的分析,探讨促进幼儿教师专业发展的策略,为改善唐山市幼儿园师资培训发展、提高师资培训水平提供依据和可行性建议。By the present situation of the development of Tangshan kindergarten teacher training and the analysis of the factors influencing the preschool teachers＇ professional development,this paper explores strategies to promote the development of preschool teachers＇ professional so as to provide basis and feasible suggestions for improving Tangshan kindergarten teacher training and development,and the level of teacher training.
