摘 要:中师教育尽管在整体意义上已经消亡,但中师教育是一笔丰厚的教育遗产,它有着独特的办学经验与传统积淀,具有鲜明的文化特色。在小学教师教育走向高师的过程中,不能割裂中师教育的发展历史,不能忽视或摈弃中师教育的传统价值,而应该挖掘、提炼其合理的价值特质,秉持在继承中发展、在实践中创新的原则,实现中师教育传统资源的当代转化,以提高当代教师培养的质量。Secondary Normal education in the overall sense is vanished, but it is a rich heritage of education. It has a unique educational experience and accumulation of tradition with distinct cultural characteristics. Since normal education for primary school teacher becomes one part of higher education, the history of secondary normal education development cannot be separated, and its traditional value cannot be ignored or rejected but explored, while the characteristics of its reasonable value should be refined. By upholding the succession development and complying with the principle of innovation practice, traditional resources of secondary normal education can be transformed in modem times in order to improve the quality of contemporary teachers training.
