韩国创业型英才教育探析——以“青年创业士官学校”为例

摘　　要：2011年3月,韩国中小企业振兴公团与中小企业厅通力合作,创建了首所"青年创业士官学校"。该校为入学人员提供包括创业空间、创业教育、创业资金、经营指导在内的一系列支援服务,并引入"退出机制",有效确保了人才培养的高质量。自办学以来,该校在创业英才的培养及机制创新上取得了令人瞩目的成就。Working together with ＂Small and Medium Business Administration＂, ＂Small and Medium Busi- ness Corporation＂ of South Korea set up the first ＂Youth Entrepreneurship Sergeant School＂ in March, 2011. The school provides a series of supporting services such as entrepreneurship space, entrepreneur-ship education, en- trepreneurship financing and business management instruction for the registered students. Besides, the school has also taken in a withdraw mechanism to ensure the services to be provided to the real talents. Since it was estab- lished, the school has made remarkable achievements both in entrepreneurial elite educating and the mechanism innovation.
