在大学生创新训练项目中对中医师承教育的思索

摘　　要：分析院校教育与中医师承教育两种教育模式的利弊,认为二者结合可扬长避短,优势互补,但目前中医药院校开始的实验班仍存在一定问题,未充分发挥两种教育模式结合的优势。结合中医药人才培养的特殊性和规律性,发现大学生创新训练项目可称为二者结合的有效切入点,认为有方向引导的大学生创新训练项目是在院校教育中开展的符合大学生特点的师承教育,并就河北中医学院针灸推拿学院开展实施情况进行了阐述,以期寻求培养优秀中医人才的有效途径。This article discusses the advantages and disadvantages of colleges＂ education and TCM appren- tice; the creation of an experimental class which combines both, could avoid weaknesses and complement each other. But the experimental class did not give full play to the advantages. According to TCM personnel training specificity and regularity, we found the innovative training program of students can be a breakthrough; it will become a new way for TCM Apprentice. The conduct of College of Acumox and Tuina of Hebei University of Chinese Medicine implementation are described, to seek training effective way to outstanding TCM professionals.
