摘　　要：天津职业技术师范大学机械工艺技术专业在"一体化"职教师资人才培养过程中,以需求调研为基础,确定能力标准和培养方案。在培养方案框架下构建以师范能力、专业理论能力、专业实践能力和职业能力为标准的课程体系,该课程体系具有模块化、重视知识和技能传授、实训环节贯穿始终等特点。The competency standards and training programs for the ＂integration＂ vocational education teachers cultivation of mechanical technology specialties in Tianjin University of Technology and Education was determined based on the demand research. Under the framework, the university has built and implemented the curriculum system with the standard of normal ability, professional theory ability, professional practice ability and vocational ability. At present, the specialty＇ s talent training quality is fine, and the employment rate of its vocational education teachers is up to 95%.
